WBJEE ANM & GNM Counselling 2021
In the month of October, the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will begin the counselling session for the year 2021. The last day to register for counselling will be announced soon. The counselling process for eligible candidates seeking admission to recognised government and private institutes in West Bengal will begin.
The counselling procedure is the next phase in the candidates’ admission process. Candidates who have successfully completed the entrance examination and wish to enrol in courses provided by various West Bengal colleges can register for the WBJEE ANM & GNM Counselling 2021. Candidates should be aware that once the registration process is completed, the department will release a seat allotment list, which will be followed by document verification and fee payment.

WBJEE ANM GNM 2021 Counselling Process Step by Step:
Registration:
a) Candidates need to provide necessary personal details, academic details, bank account details (for in case of any refund), address, etc.
b) Candidate must provide his/her roll number and rank for JENPAS(UG) 2021 and provide academic information.
- Visit the official website of WBJEE 2021 ANM & GNM counseling.
- Candidates will have to click on “New Candidate Registration”. The option to register through WBJEE will be provided to the candidates.
- The candidates need to enter your respective application number, roll number, name details, and date of birth on their admit card.
- Click on Submit.
Choice filling:
- During registration, once academic scores are given, the candidate can view all choices of institutes and courses available to him/her according to his/her eligibility criteria based on the inputs provided by him/her.
Choice locking:
- Candidate must lock his/her choices within the pre-announced date. Candidate can also take a printout of his/her locked choices.
- If a candidate fails/forgets to lock his/her choices within the pre announced deadline, his/her last saved choices will be considered final and will be locked.
WBJEE ANM & GNM Seat Allotment Result 2021 Round 1, 2
Through online, WBJEE counselling 2021, officials of WBJEE will distribute seats to all registered students based on their merit, selected preferences, and seat availability. The seat allotment will be done in three rounds by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board.
After logging in with your credentials, you will soon be able to check your Seat allotment status.Candidates will not get individual allotment letters. You must pay the seat acceptance fee online or offline in order to download the seat allotment letter via online mode. The seat acceptance cost for WBJEE 2021 ANM & GNM counselling is Rs 5000.
WB ANM GNM Document Verification
Candidates who will be allotted seats through West Bengal ANM GNM counseling 2021 will have to report to their respective reporting centers and get their documents verified. The following list of documents have to be presented at the reporting centers for verification purposes:
- WBJEE ANM & GNM 2021 rank card
- WBJEE 2021 provisional allotment letter
- 10th standard mark sheet
- Caste certificate (for SC/ST/OBC)
- Physically challenged certificate for PwD category candidates
- Income certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate (if applicable)
- JEE Main Result 2021 (if applicable)
- ‘Yes Upgradation’ or ‘No Upgradation’ option form.
