About NEET 2021
The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), which is now known as the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GOI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organisation for conducting efficient, transparent and international standard tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admission to premier higher education institutions. - Mode of Examination: NEET (UG) – 2021 is a Pen & Paper-based Test, to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet using Ball Point Pen.
- Duration of Test: The duration of the test would be three (03) hours.
NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST [ NEET (UG) – 2021] will be held by National Testing Agency (NTA) on Sunday, September 12th, 2021 (Sunday) in Pen and Paper mode in 13 languages as a uniform entrance examination for admission to MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BHMS and other undergraduate medical courses in approved/recognized Medical/Dental /AYUSH and other. The languages in which the NEET (UG) 2021 would be conducted are : English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Following the NTA NEET exam, the official answer key containing the solutions to the NEET questions will be provided. For all codes, the NEET 2021 answer key will be released. The NEET results will be published as a scorecard. Along with the results, the minimum qualifying percentage and scores for the NEET 2021 exam will be revealed, which must be met in order to pass the exam. Admission to 15 percent AIQ, 85 percent state quota, deemed/central universities, private institutions, AFMS/ESIC institutes, AIIMS and JIPMER campuses is based on NEET scores.
