District Training Coordinator :
- Master degree in social science/ sociology/ social anthropology/ Social work/ business administration/ economics/ rural development/ mass communication
- কমপক্ষে 1 বছরের জন্য আশা প্রোগ্রাম এবং অন্য কোন স্বাস্থ্য কর্মসূচিতে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে
- Knowledge in MS Office and the internet
- কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ করার এবং কঠোর পরিশ্রম করার ক্ষমতা

Assistant Training Coordinator :
- Master’s degree (any stream) plus one year of full-time experience in a health/ P&RD/ social welfare project/program OR a graduate with at least three years of full-time experience in Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience as a manager coordinator in any health project or programme.
- Knowledge of MS Office and the internet
