This article examines important semiconductor devices and their applications, analogue electronics, such as operational amplifiers and integrated circuits, and digital circuits. PSPICE is used in examples throughout the course, and a separate appendix offers an introduction to PSPICE as well as examples for DC, AC, and transient analysis. The inclusion of field effect transistors and basic FET amplifiers in the text indicates the increasing popularity of enhancement mode MOSFET devices in the market. Each chapter, however, strikes a balance between bipolar and FET circuit analysis.
This book is not for syllabus but it is actually for those who don’t know basic terms of electronics and circuit. This is very good book and it makes you to understand the theory of electronics and opening terms. Today.. many of students not even know about electronic concept, they read and read theory and passed the exam but the lack of knowledge will remain same. Go for this book only if you want to learn something not read.
